Course Description

This hands-on course will teach students program skills needed to successfully shop within Jaggaer’s eProcurement system.  Through a series of hands-on scenarios students will, shop for regular and/or “Non-Catalog Items”, shop using Forms for special request purchases like check requests, blanket or standing order purchases, learn to submit, assign and share carts, viewing history and draft carts.   Through these shopping exercises, student will create requisitions, explore Draft Requisition Screen options like Accounts, Approvals and workflow and finally, how to submit an order or submit on behalf of a shopper.  Students also learn how to follow-up on the status of requisitions and purchase orders.  This class will provide students with an orientation to Shopping in preparation for “Go-Live” purchasing or Approvals.

Prerequisites:  Purchasing & online shopping experience; using a browser; Program Skills class
